You can really see this clearly while driving down US 52. Pretty cool.

Pittsburgh Blue steakhouse is set to open in the new Hilton downtown.
"Not only will Pittsburgh Blue in Rochester be the first out-of-town location for this concept, it will also be the city of Rochester's first true steakhouse and a premier private dining and meeting venue," Phil Roberts, Parasole chief executive, said on Tuesday.

That's a good get. For a high-priced chain, I think Pittsburgh Blue does a great job and the Edina location at least is very well staffed and managed. I bet this will thrive in Rochester.

Drove by this the other night. They are about halfway done with the facade. Inside looks to be making really good progress. The 4th floor ballroom could be seen thru the windows and is pretty much complete already. Love these clear windows that really allow the building to interact with the street instead of appearing as a big protected fortress like some buildings.
