Has someone finally figured out how to incorporate ventilation into design? Those are the Thru-the-wall units on the lower left quadrant of the windows I believe.

It appears they may be using hotel style non-ducted ventilation units, which, if you've ever tried to sleep in a hotel while the compressor cycles on and off, isn't always the best solution.
