As did the new Xcel building & the new Hampton Inn. It's not that unusual.

This project looks like it is topped oof and just waiting for better weather to do outside work while they do the interior work first.

Almost all of the windows are in now, so this is moving along nicely.

Should easily be open before football season starts when they will have weekends booked. I'm sure those research buildings will have some guests that stay there also during the week days.
