More of a greenish color. It was way too cold to take out my camera and take the picture. Phone quality

Great to see this sign going back up again. Better yet for it to be lit by new technology that will both reduce energy consumption and reduce greatly the amount of maintenance it will need compared to Neon. I'm hoping that they do the same with the Grain Belt sign and switch it over to LED lights in the near future and get that relit again.

Looks like the hydroelectric turbine and generator are being installed this week.

I walked by and saw a crane set up over a large (20x40'?) vault opened up in the sidewalk. They might just be putting in some other large piece of HVAC equipment, I suppose.

This is for the work they're doing to restore the hydropower system that runs under Main Street to the mill.

In other news, the sign arrived this morning:

Th apostrophe on the sign went up today, meaning all the characters have been reinstalled. Excited to see this relit.

They've also installed blue and white lighting on the rooftop water tower. Looks nice.

I think if the lighting is LED that is almost a given.

Hmm. I was walking around down there last week and the tailrace is still under construction. Also, don't walk around down there. I nearly lost my shoes in the muck.
