The building is gone. Just piles of rubble and foundations now.

That took longer than I would have thought.

Lots of salvage

I drove past this one today and was surprised at the amount of excavation on this property. Probably not too far from starting some footings.

You need to drive closer There are footings underway, visible when driving on 4th St.

First piece of tower crane in place. Concrete pumper also on site today.

So I know the bottom level will be the fresh thyme grocery store. Above that there will be 300 and some apartment units. Are these units going to be for students? Anyone have any ideas as to what income bracket? Any chances of any of them being marked as affordable units?
