So there's a new CPC packet for 1040 Como. I haven't been over there in a while, did the site work mentioned in the above post never go anywhere?

I noticed this was under construction driving past on 35W yesterday.

I drove past this last week, it's coming along pretty well. The project looks bigger from 35W, but once you're up on the street level you see that it isn't very large. I like how buildings like this give 35W more of a canyon feel. Makes the city feel bigger.
