when i lived in philadelphia i'd often check this website out to see what was happening in my neighborhood and city at-large. now that i no longer live there i still find myself looking at it to see whats happening there. i'd figure i'd share it with all of you (if you're not already aware of its existence) its part real-estate and part development blog.

Heres a link to a building under development in Philadelphia right now that is surprisingly similar, albeit a little more colorful, to the WaHu development near the U of M.
