My favorite oasis in Hong Kong was Lamma Island. A little less dense.

I find Hong Kong very interesting. The population of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island combined is 3,309,033 (Hong Kong overall has 7,061,200), with an area of about 49 square miles (Hong Kong overall has 426 square miles). Additionally, much of the "country" is dedicated to nature preserves and the like. "Over 90% of daily travels are on public transport", "the highest such percentage in the world"
Such an awesome place. Also keep in mind that just because some Hong Kongers live in super tiny apartments doesn't mean they don't have a high standard of living. That's one thing that Americans usually can't get over.
