GenslerThis looks very exciting. Anyone know who did the design?
Well, if they did move the proposed 8ish story parking ramp underground, and if the water table is only 20ish feet down, they may have to do like the K-A block and do one giant garage under the whole block, and thus develop the whole block at once. It's hard to tell. My guess is that it's a phase development. It would be cool if they could start building all the parts at once, But that's probably an unrealistic idea. I agree that this is one of the most "sexy designs" i've seen.
Shouldn't be an issue, as the current crowd does not even touch this site, this would actually give more room for the post game crowd. That looks kind of awesome. Although I'm wondering a bit about the post-game crowd management.

Well, see, the current situation is a bit of a trainwreck, so I'd hope that as they develop this lot (which is where people should be staging for the post-game train instead of in the street), they're at least thinking about post-game crowd management improvements.Shouldn't be an issue, as the current crowd does not even touch this site, this would actually give more room for the post game crowd.
