Hot on the heels of the Lowa46 project a half-block away, a building was recently demolished on the northeast corner of Minnehaha and 46th. Ackerberg is building a 54-unit building with relatively small apartments ranging from 390 square feet for small studios up to 905 sf for larger 2-bedroom units.

I had been meaning to ask/search for what was happening there.

The hideous building that had been there is demolished. I have to say I'm pretty optimistic about this project - I like the micro apartment concept a lot given increasing rents, and more retail in the neighborhood sounds good to me!
