Rafter - 333 Hennepin Ave E (290' - 26 stories)
Re: Rafter - 333 Hennepin Ave E (290' - 26 stories)
The white portions of the building look a bit dirty to me already....I'm wondering how the surfaces will age over time. It's not horrible looking, but nowhere near as attractive as the Nord Haus tower. I've nicknamed it the "Tetris Tower."

And if we enter into a recession, or if lenders merely become increasingly uneasy over concern that one might begin, you can bet that the ranks of pretty buildings that don't exist will grow.

Fixed. At this point I'm hoping as many projects as possible break ground and get vertical before the economy blips. And when we enter into a recession, or if lenders merely become increasingly uneasy over concern that one might begin, you can bet that the ranks of pretty buildings that don't exist will grow.

Given how many times the 'end of the boom' has been prognosticated over the last decade, I'll wait until projects start getting cancelled before I believe it. We still have an aggressive vacancy rate, regardless of what's happening to the global economy. Having said that, I think this is a great addition to St. Anthony and hopefully Alia will be joining it soon.
