Thanks for the updates. It's one of my favorite buildings yet to be redeveloped/restored. Yes - I agree - too bad about the parking. Would have been nice to perhaps made it a parklet with outdoor dining. One thing that's cool here in Austin are food truck parks. I would love to see some created in Mpls instead of having the trucks having to park on the street all the time.
