Edit: to be fair, 2097-2115 Marshall Ave does look ugly.
It is, and it got uglier after neighborhood feedback. lol
Has been interesting to see how different local developers have been approaching Marshall with it's setbacks, lot sizes, etc..

It’s kinda funny they flipped the aerial imagery of the area horizontally. It took me a moment to figure out where they heck this was… then it hit me.

I’m still very confused. The aerial photo is inverted right? So this site is on the south side of the street, east of Carbucks?

It's the north side of Marshall, midway between Snelling and Pascal. Don't even look at that aerial image. It's giving me a headache.

Not sure if this was mentioned here during its planning stage, but a tri-plex is under construction at 1110 Raymond, just north of Energy Park Dr.

Saw some trailers at the old KMart off Maryland and 35E. Any clue as to what might be up?

Aren't truckers just using this lot for sleeping, storing, transferring, etc.?

I had a car shipped in from out of state recently and the trucker used this lot for taking delivery. I hope there's more going on, though.

The Liffey on Snelling appeared to be topped out when I went past on the bus yesterday, but I didn't get a chance to take a picture.

2097-2115 Marshall Ave., Marshall Lofts/ Flats. 39 units, 3 stories. Replacing 4 houses.
Now expected to break ground in April. Nine townhomes and thirty apartments (I've also heard 50 apartments, who knows?)

I was wondering what the fencing was for. I'm guessing this project is starting.
