Lost opportunity to not have a trail-link to the trail bridge for the residents. Very extended detour to get onto the trail to the Midtown Greenway, lakes, or bike commute to downtown (whenever that reopens some year)
Are you thinking a skyway like bridge from the development to the trail bridge?

That sure would be the most direct with highest convenience. It’s the one I imagine when I look at it.

Its a skyway to a parking garage, but more likely to have elevator/ADA compliance with that.

The bike parking could be in the structured parking at the level that links to the trail bridge. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is may be painfully obvious, and probably belongs in the SWLRT thread, but can you imagine how frustrating it's going to be when you miss your train to work because of a slow moving freight train?
