It's a nice looking project, and should be a good bump for downtown Winona, which frankly feels like it needs a lot of help.

Hopefully they're able to tuck a lot of the parking for this under the bridge.

Hi it's your SE Minnesota guy, just posted some updates on Owatonna, now some in Winona...

Just this past week this was announced, allowing much larger apartments in the downtown core

Just in 2020, a large mixed use apartment block was finished in the area as well:

It's great when wealthy people commit to building these types of civic improvements. I feel like it used to happen all of the time, but sadly not so often anymore.

The project name could use some help, though.
