The office building proposal at the corner of Washington and Broadway that popped up back in 2022 has blossomed into a proposal to redevelop all four corners of the Broadway/2nd St N. intersection. According to this (locked) Finance & Commerce article, the ION Corp office/production facility is on track to break ground this fall for occupancy in 2026. They're apparently trying to get the Met Council to consider an LRT station at Broadway/Washington, which doesn't seem like a terrible idea if it's going to be routed along the east side of 94 now.

If we put an LRT Station at Broadway/Washington, can we shift the Lyndale Station to Fremont Station then for better connections with the D Line?
