I've always thought the double block bounded by Hennepin, Lagoon, Humbolt and Lake would be the perfect spot for a KC Live style spot here. Keep the Uptown Theater at the NE corner, add a complimentary theater at the SE corner, tear down the 2 story retail building in the middle leaving it as the main entrance, secondary entrances behind the 2 theaters and at the NW & SE corners. Replicate the court yard program the hell out of it and you have a great space
