There's a plan to make some sort of cultural district out of the decrepit old Fruen Mill back by Utepils Brewing. Looks pretty cool if they can pull it off, though I'm dying to know what the mysterious secret issue is.

I’m guessing the answer to this question is on an UrbEx or tagging forum if someone wanted to do some digging. The section is phrased in a very “if you know you know” way.
