If they do, I hope they stay open late on select nights. I was always frustrated that I couldn't get a late night slice from Cosetta's after an event.

Apparently the fire wasn't that serious according to their website, Sounds like they will be back soon (hopefully).

Apparently the pieces for the new loon statue at the corner of Snelling and University arrived this week as well, so that should presumably be up soon. (Sorry I know that’s not a restaurant)

Anyone know what's up with the Subway on Selby and the Subway on University and Dale? Every time I go there they are closed.

Now, the Subway at the corner of Selby and Victoria has closed, which is not surprising considering it has hardly been open in the last few months.

That Selby/Victoria Subway always stuck out like a sore thumb. Obvious place for housing and human scale/walkable development.

The Downtowner is closing after 38 years. The owner is hoping to sell to a new restauranteur, or redevelop the building into apartments if that doesn't pan out.

Not about a restaurant, but that stretch of undivided four lane W 7th from Kellogg to Mancini's could really use some love.
