I'm most interested to hear what they have planned under the portico. Rooftop bar is exciting and all, but I really want to see patio seating activate some of the ground level area, while still allowing for pedestrian traffic through the space. I assume the main lobby entrance will be off of Marquette, since that's where the only vehicle access is.

Do you think Minoru Yamasaki put those columns so close together as to prevent cars from going under the portico? heh
