Conversion of a mansion, which is still unequipt with electricity, to apartments.

Does anyone else feel this building deserves some other use?

They aren't changing the facade at all beyond repairs? Then I'm happy to see an empty building used again.

The only problem I have with this project is the added parking lot between the two homes. It will likely end up taking out a couple large, established trees.

Another project woe based on parking minimum requirements... Still though, really happy to see these will be renewed. Both are really cool houses with significant architectural historic appeal.

This isn't an issue parking minimums, the developer wants these parking spaces.

I love these homes, I am glad they are being saved.
