There is a promenade that goes right from the top of the ramp straight to Fremont on the greenway side of FLUX. I've seen no signs saying no bikes allowed. That is always an option.

Yes. They rearranged the massing a bit so the all glass top floor is wider and steps back nicely from the Greenway. Looks better aesthetically and gives the building even more desirable office space to lease.

Hmm. In the newest rendering posted by twincitizen, all of the great little architectural details (like the glass setbacks/overhangs) and some of the interesting angles are gone. Also, what happened to the glass cube with the transparent image mesh? :(

The transformation from unique and quirky landmark to nondescript box has already begun.

^^^ It looks great in either rendition. Yes, the second rendering shows a tad more conservative approach (probably after fleshing out the building's design to be more efficient), but I strongly doubt it's going to be another nondescript box. Also, I think some detailing (i.e exterior lighting artwork, etc) will show up in later renderings.

I think it's a lot cleaner and the massing looks more substantial. The weird screened head box on the roof is something I can live without.

They are seeking a spring groundbreaking if they can line up enough tenants.

I think the newer rendering looks more sleek and timeless, less like it's wearing an ugly Christmas sweater ( though that's so hot in uptown right now)

let's hope it fills up fast! shovels please!

I love this project, and can't wait to see the final result -- I just hope it doesn't disastrously disappoint like the first version did....

I'd really like to see some renderings from a vantage point on Lagoon but I like this building a lot as pictured.

hmmm yeah. there was a south face elevation but no perspective. I'd imagine you don't see that much, but it's worth looking at.

You can see a south elevation here but no Lagoon perspective. The buildings along Lagoon will block some of its view:

Planned Parenthood is east of this on Lagoon. As you move east to west down Lagoon this building would have a substantial presence. That is the view that I'm talking about.

Where is Code42 now? Are they downtown, or somewhere else?

This is great. Let's get this building started and plan for another office building.
