At night if your walking down Clifton you get such a wonderful view into the new apartments lofts they look very nice (though the windows are dirty lol) Does anybody know what the space where there used to be the ac units along side the building on Oak Grove in the trench? It looks like it might become a walkout patio submerged which may be rather neat.

The picture at the top of this page is ungodly large and distorts the entire page.

Here, I took 10 minutes and put it on imgur...

I'd delete the other one, but it doesn't give me an edit option.

Still ungodly large. More than twice the size of the page on my laptop.

I vaguely remember saying something about limiting picture sizes back in the first couple weeks of the forum, and the response was something like this. One of the issues is that the mobile browser and the desktop one that most people are using display pictures differently, so people don't realize when they're posting something the size of a bay window if they're only using the mobile version. The mobile version caps the picture size unless you specifically click on a thumbnail.

As for Imgur, if you put a lower case l at the end of the random string (before the .jpg) it will show a much smaller version. So here's a random picture I found on imgur:
http://i.imgur.com/tUNCp.jpg
Click it, it's huge
Now, put the l before the .jpg:
http://i.imgur.com/tUNCpl.jpg and it's much smaller.

lol not sure how a spot light and a vintage car at a open house creates the buzz that gets people to sign some leases, but hey it sure seems original :) Hope somebody takes pictures I'm to lazy to walk down 3 blocks to take a look

Supposedly (according to the property manager) a roof/sun deck (over the parking garage I believe) is slated to be built in the near future. Apparently it was difficult to get approval from neighborhood because the renovation had already been essentially completed.

It must be said that there are still Many vacant units here that have been that way for over a year. Deep discounts are now being offered on basically all units.

I love this building! I'm trying to convince the boyfriend to move in here after his lease at Lime is done... unfortunately, he signed an 18 month lease :-/.

Well, the property manager sounds very motivated - so far as to offer to hold a unit for ... 6 Months!

I love the units here but the base rents are so high. Any idea what kind of "deep" discounts? And what are the odds those go back up to full price after the year lease?

Think something like was originally $2700/mo. now $1800-1900. Can't remember exactly, but they even admit they just want to get some people to move in.

They should do the smart thing and just do a condoization to this building now vs later. This building was meant to be condos in the first place.!! IMO

It looks like they are finally starting construction on the roof deck on this one, above the parking garages ... very slow process, and a shame they'll get few if any nice days yet this year. Still, this amenity was a glaring need on this project considering the rents being charged and few private porches in the whole building.

Deck must be nearly complete by now. See their Twitter for some photos of progress.

Walked by there yesterday. I wish I had remembered to pay attention while I was walking by. Will do better my next trip Downtown. Also curious how it turned out. Again another one of those finishing touches that got delayed for what ever reason, that is getting finished.
