Corner Apartments - (2nd St NE and 1st Ave NE)
Re: Corner Apartments - (2nd St NE and 1st Ave NE)
Talked to the developer behind this one today, he said he's close to locking down a financing partner for the 57-unit proposal here. No story to link to, just FYI.

Proof that development is an odd game that can sometimes take a good bit of time

Who says you can't bring the dead back to life again. I'm still be holding my breathe as this one never seems to get close enough to the finish line.

Guys, this was just approved in its current form one year ago this week. While there were previous proposals making it seem like a longer wait, starting construction 12-18 months after approval really isn't that unusual.

Subdivision request filed with CPC to "facilitate development of a portion" that portion being the corner lot. Looks like we're going to see yet another iteration of this project.
