Does anybody have any free trials left this month to reveal where this is being discussed? Eagan?

Lake Elmo? I'm sure that will go over just swell. They love development over there.

The Amazon building in Shakopee is huge, if it will be as large then maybe a plot out near the former Imation campus in Oakdale?

Main Info:
Searching for land to build a facility of 800,000 to 1 million square feet.
Woodbury is at the center of the search, but the company is also looking at other east metro and south metro suburbs.
Woodbury Community Development Director Dwight Picha said the city has not been in contact with Amazon.
Matt Kramer, president of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, said he’s not aware of Amazon’s east metro search.
If Woodbury is where Amazon locates, it could be served by a proposed Gateway bus-rapid-transit system, Kramer said.
Opening two fulfillment centers in one metro area is not uncommon for Amazon.

So does anyone have any novel solutions for the transportation problems brought by these types of facilities?

Totally not in the suburbs, but the investment arm of developer Shafer Richardson bought a large warehouse in Minneapolis just off 280 at 1301 Industrial Blvd. NE.

I assume Amazon wanted like $50 billion in incentives and BP showed them the door. I am not a fan of AMZN!

Confirmed Amazon for a small building - still trying to be shady about the larger one but it seems pretty obvious
