This isn't the project, is it?

"The Xenia" will have 373 units and 5 floors.
No. Read the article (or even your own post at the top of the thread) and you could figure that out based on the location. But you'd rather spam and post the same thing in two different threads.

The Xenia is proposed for the NW corner of Xenia & Golden Hills Dr. The Arcata (formerly Colonnade apts) is on the SE corner.

This project, Three Nine Four, is east of the Colonnade office building and Good Day Cafe, butted right up against its namesake freeway.

Three Nine Four is now on hold due to a lawsuit between MNDOT and an adjacent property owner, according to F&C.

Seemed like the same location to me, but thankfully we have a resident expert who is willing to spend 20+ minutes typing each and every post and scrutinizing every minutae. Now.....back to work I go.

min-chi-bus, for the record, I'm pretty sure you have the highest post count on this site. I'd rather read twincitizen's well thought out posts that take 20 minutes to write than someone who posts more frequently and only takes 30 seconds to think out their posts. Those thought out posts are what make this site great.

How can they even do this? If you want the site, you should have bought it. Dont get mad because someone beat you to it.

Well, it seems like nobody else was given the chance to buy it, which is sort of the point, right?

The article doesn't say, but I assume the 3.2 million bond requested is around the sales price Webb claims he would pay for the property?

I really like that idea, if you're gonna have a court case about how the land wasn't sold in a fair manner and you're willing to pay more for the land, then put up the money. If not, shut up.

It seems like the main argument is that the land sale unfairly favored Globus?

Lawsuit headed to the state Supreme Court. Reminder, the owner of the Good Day Cafe suing because they wanted to buy the property but got shut out.

They published the wrong image. This is the proposed Liberty Crossing project in Golden Valley. The chateau look for the senior building is alive and well.

Just out of curiosity he, is the apartment building located near transit? Will residents being able to utilize the blue line extension?

This is across the interstate (394, thus the name) from West End (we could merge this into a general West End thread?) Far from any planned rail. There is an express bus station across the bridge by the bank.

Another example of the "throw random finishes on random elevations to fake history" school of architecture.

This appears to be under construction. A lot of trees have come down and there are trucks on site.
