There was an article about it...has been discussed. Someone here had mentioned it might be a "reserve", but the article confirmed that it would not...just a standard Starbucks.

That was me, when we met with them to look at units a few months ago they said that it would be a Starbucks Reserve featuring craft beers and wine. It's a bummer it changed, would have been a nice concept in this area.

Starbucks opened today. I've seen some photos, it looks pretty nice.

Does anyone know what type of retail will be going into the other corner of the MAVERICK on Washington now that Starbucks is open?

It was supposed to be a dentist's office, but that apparently was pulled.
They may not have filled that cavity yet.
