Maybe Cambria will buy the granite and make a special addition counter top with the recycled granite. Just wishful thinking on my part.

So are they already building The Edition? I thought that wasn't going to be built until some time after the park was in place. Or was it market conditions dictating when it was to be built? I was hoping to have the entire park in place for a bit before the apartment building was built in hopes that market conditions would change and perhaps get something taller...or nothing at all.
The Edition and the two other short apartment buildings facing the park (in front of the WF towers) will all be completed with this current building phase. The north sides of the WF towers and the MSFA parking ramp were all the lots that were "future" locations of possible housing, but one has already been designated for the Radisson Red hotel. The only place where something of height was proposed, was the small sliver lot that Ryan owns adjacent to the under-construction MSFA parking ramp.

Clarification: "The Edition" is all three of those park-facing buildings mentioned in the above post, managed together as a single product

The East Edition, West Edition, and the Edition on the Park. Very simple way to tell apart.

Anyone know if they have started any of the stick portion of the Edition on the Park? Last I knew the concrete portion of the ground floor as at about half way.

A mysterious cat showed up on my doorstep this morning with a URL, and I think it might have what you're looking for.

Yes, stick framing has begun on the Edition, near the corner of 5th Ave and 4th St on one of the buildings lining the Wells Fargo towers.
As for the building in the park block, no stick framing yet.

Anyone know what is being put together on the west WF tower roof? Looks like a pyramid shape from the webcam. Some sort of hoist? Have no idea.
