U.S. Bank Stadium
Re: Minnesota Multi Purpose Stadium
That may be because the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins stadiums are not actually in Dallas or Miami.
Re: Minnesota Multi Purpose Stadium
I did read that the Arizona Cardinals will be hosting the NFL experience in downtown Phoenix next year, even though the game will actually be played in Glendale.

Interesting. It's pretty nice that the stadium will be downtown where everything else will be going on.

Is there a way an admin can create a post that has links to all of the webcams? And have it so people cannot post random stuff so it is only links to webcams? I think that would be a great asset so we dont have to browse thru pages and pages of posts looking for the webcam links.
Re: Minnesota Multi Purpose Stadium
Googling "vikings stadium webcam" seems to do the trick in about 5 seconds.

Re: Minnesota Multi Purpose Stadium
I think that's actually not a bad idea. Maybe somewhere a thread can exist with webcam links for those interested? I enjoy checking progress through them, too, and it's usually after reading a dozen pages that I even know the cam exists. So, yeah, I support this.Is there a way an admin can create a post that has links to all of the webcams? And have it so people cannot post random stuff so it is only links to webcams? It's less "I can't find the link" and more "I'd like to see a list of projects with active cams"

I'm not opposed to the idea in theory, but there's already a ton of sticky threads in this forum.

And I've never understood why... Does Retail News and Office News need to stay above everything else even when there aren't updates? Would it really be that bag if it sinks lower in the page when there hasn't been a post like everything else?I'm not opposed to the idea in theory, but there's already a ton of sticky threads in this forum.
Eh, I guess that's neither here nor there. Sorry for the o/t posts.

That one may not be tough to find, but the Ryan project, Hampton project, any other project. Those arent as easy to find. And it would be nice to just be able to find it all on one page.Googling "vikings stadium webcam" seems to do the trick in about 5 seconds.

The reason lots of general threads are stickied, in theory, is to dissuade people from starting a new topic whenever they see a piece of plywood in a window.

Drove down Riverside Ave. for the first time in like a year (which has all kinds of crazy bike lanes and ped bulbs now!). The view of the cranes was awesome. They were turned in Such a way that perfectly framed the city hall clock tower.

Re: Minnesota Multi Purpose Stadium
Prior Super Bowls in Miami and Dallas were branded as "South Florida" and "North Texas".
What city would one think of when they hear South Florida? Miami would be the answer 99% of the time. When the Super Bowl was in Dallas what I heard was Arlington over and over again to tell the world that despite the team name having Dallas in it does not mean that is the city they play in. I do not recall hearing North Texas. Watching King of the Hill I had already heard of Arlington. However Millions have not watched the show and learned that despite having Dallas in the name they learned it was in another city altogether.
Minnesota is such a large state with around a Handful of cities that are know in certain circles across the globe that Minneapolis might not be the first city one thinks of then they hear the Super Bowl is in MN.

Those are cool pics, thanks for the link; I especially like the one towards the River with the Carlisle.

Walking across the Light rail yesterday, for the first time I was able to see the Cedar Riverside Towers thru the construction cranes.
