So this was the "destination experience" they were hyping earlier? Man, I just love being treated like a complete yokel. Maybe if we're lucky we can get a Mills Fleet Farm in the IDS center too! Wouldn't that thar be fancy?!

As long as the complex includes an animatronic Hall of Sasquatches, I'll be happy with this addition.

An AVERAGE salary over $100,000?!?!? Woah! That's surprising to me.

Sounds like headquarters level money to me.

So they're essentially going to be taking up nearly all the remaining space on the 1st floor, and half of the 2nd floor?

Wish they weren't taking up as much of the first floor. I mean it's a really cool concept they have but do they need that extra 6,000 sq ft of office on the first floor and 3,000 sq ft lobby? Really that's a big lobby.

Best of my knowledge there is a large chunk or real estate in the old Hard Rock space that still needs a tenant on the 1st floor.

What's an interactive branding experience? Playing with the Yeti?

That map shows 37k USF and 43k RSF on the first floor. I'm not sure what those acronyms mean exactly, but, assuming they stay just on the street level, it looks like they'd be taking pretty much all of it. Cool!
USF is usable square feet
RSF rentable square feet.

great to see them growing their space and headquarters staff! Curious if the test kitchen will last very long though- hope it does, but sometimes those concepts are hopeful, but not very cost effective (beyond their R&D needs).

They're installing copper soffit above the door to city works. It looks pretty nice! The also have added windows along the hallway to to the restaurant from the building's common space. Inside are all of the trap lines where the kegs will be. So at least their doing some cool stuff!

Ah, cool. I've been wondering why that surface above the door was still bare plywood until now.

It was most definitely full of people Saturday around 9:30 or so when we drove by, noting the "Grand Opening March 9" signs.

PhilmerPhil and I popped in before a concert Friday night. They were having a private event open only to their "investors", so we weren't allowed past the host stand. They did send us off with $10 (off $30 purchase) gift cards though!

I just looked this up yesterday since progress seems to be pretty slow, but their initial estimate was to wrap up by the end of the year. And even then the initial reports weren't clear if this included the storefront too, or just the office.
