As someone who was never SSC, never heard about it till recently, and only just hearing about this guy, I find his antics a weird mix of sad yet somewhat entertaining.

It appears some random made an account just to post what they claim is Rick's phone number. The network of fake LinkedIn profiles appear to still be active from what I can tell, but not really sure why we should care.
