I feel like it could easily be converted into a brewery or distillery or something along those lines!

A brewery would be a phenomenal use for this space, but it seems like a tough time to start (or keep open) a brewery.

Looks like an investment organization bought it contract for deed and is trying to lease it out.

Yep the building sold back in late summer of 2020, as far as I know it has not been sold again? There is still signage on the building saying it is available for lease.
