It seems that the City requiring diagonal streetcar right of way through the middle of the site has done little for the Nicllet frontage too. It could also be a reason the main tower has an odd shape in places... All for an ill-conceived project that has little or no chance of moving forward. :(

Yup pretty much, but then what's the last building over 5 stories that's been significantly better than fine.

Maybe 11 on the River but is it?
the eleven tower on the river is a beautiful, slender anchor. design is subjective yes but have you seen the new city muni building in person? it's a triumph in my opinion.
