Way older than thirty (ahem.). It's considered "Valley Park", I think. Not quite Apple Valley, but close enough. It has a Rosemount mailing address, as you do in that corner, and a 191 school district.It's been around for at least thirty years (maybe longer), and it's in Lakeville, so I'm not sure why it can't be considered Lakeville, unless you're just counting the old downtown area.Ole Piper Inn can't be considered Lakeville, as classic as it is.
Lakeville doesn't exist east of Cedar Ave or west of I-35 (that's Orchard Lake, or Credit River if you get too far into the boonies. One of those mental barriers for me, like I never consider anything south of the Crosstown being in "Edina".
