Here's a thread if there are major things happening at the Apache Mall in Rochester.

The Sears store closed in January. A Scheels Sporting Goods store is expected to take over the space, with an opening planned for spring 2015. The whole structure has been gutted in the process:

Probably about the same size as the Scheels in the River Hills Mall in Mankato. That is a huge 2 story structure that has a lot of square footage.
