I thought this was going to be part of the Dominium development. Office and retail sounds great for this location.

This project is taking forever...and the Schafer Richardson website still says it is opening in spring of 2015. It is now officially autumn...

It may be taking a long time, but I was over there last week, and it looks like they're doing a great job with it.
I feel like we must have been talking about this in some other thread somewhere, no?

I didn't see anything in any other thread...
I would concur that it is looking much better (the windows in particular) but I was curious if anyone knew the reason for the delays, prospects for tenants, etc.
