Looked like some site clearing had been done when I drove by this today. Anyone know if this is the beginning of construction?

As an adjacent property owner, I support the building but it really needs lower level retail to fit in with the other shops in the area. I want to see the 36 & Bryant retail/restaurant scene grow.
