Worth noting that those new supply numbers are in square meters. So, over these five years, the market was delivering on average 10,000,000 square feet every year. And somehow, they couldn't fill it all...

Actually, I'm surprised that the vacancy rate has changed so little since 2010 despite over 30,000,000 square feet added in that time - it means that there actually is quite a lot of demand, just not enough for the supply they have.
