Having been in that building I would agree that it would have been hard to find a tenant to sublease the space. It was laid out really odd. It seemed much smaller on the inside than one would have thought.

30-acre farm along Dell Road up for sale. I assume it'll be turned into one of the many McMansion subdivisions Eden Prairie has to offer.

Fun fact - just south of this site, Dell Road is still a gravel/dirt road as it travels down the river bluff. It makes for a harrowing drive if you accidentally end up on it in the winter.

on occasion, the parking lot has filled. City staff say customers have been observed parking at adjacent private properties and crossing Technology Drive, causing safety concerns for both pedestrians and motorists
Maybe they should make it safer to cross the street there given that it is right by a future light rail station.
