Dominium planning a 200+ unit building a block from Raymond Ave light station. 100% "affordable".

Was presented to the St Anthony Park community council on Thursday, 7 July; they agreed to support necessary zoning changes (to TN from industrial), but wanted some changes to design. In particular they suggested that the internal courtyard green space be re-oriented to be public facing.

Developer said they were planning 1.25 spaces of parking per unit.

Pretty sure this is well under way. Seems quite big. I counted four(?) cranes for this one.

Is this their Union Flats project? 217 units on the corner of Hampden and Territorial, will officially be 787 Hampden

Anyone have some pictures of the area? Would be great to see what’s going on.
