Plaza del Sol

The Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) is undertaking a $10M rehab of 990 Payne Ave, currently known as Plaza del Sol. Interior work is set to begin in two weeks, and the entire project is slated to open in early 2025. Once finished, the space will house five or six restaurants, a commercial kitchen with five stalls serving up to 30 businesses, a 350-person event hall, offices for several nonprofits, and six to eight related businesses in the basement.
