Well.. Then make it a large plaza for artists to display their work on nice days. They are artists lofts after all.
There will be a larger area behind the old mills that will be used more for plazas and outdoor community space. The area behind the new construction is more of a right of way and possibly some fake tracks to help with the vibe of the area.Well..
