Housing, grocery eyed for Dayton's Bluff

"Multifamily developer Dominium is interested in developing an affordable housing project with a possible grocery store on a vacant site in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood near Metro State University.
The Plymouth-based housing developer responded to a request for interest from the St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority that was issued in April..."
"...Dominium's preliminary plans are for between 100-150 housing units.
Mississippi Market responded to the city request for interest separately from Dominium. It is planning a neighborhood co-op grocery for the site..."
A picture of the site. This project, along with MetroState's expansion, will really add some density to this stretch of East 7th Street.
