I believe they dug down some on the southern 2/3 of the building if I remember correctly. I don't mind the look of the building. I'd love to have a walkable grocery option in the neighborhood. I hope that empty lot doesn't stay empty for too long.

That place has been open for quite a while. Definitely tough to spot, no signs. Went there with a friend before a game, 6ish, can't remember what day it was and we were the only ones in there the whole time. Had a pizza which was a $4 happy hour special and it was fabulous.
